We are currently recruiting for the role HR Manager within a very well known Financial Services organisation

HR Manager - Standalone position

Dublin North - 4 days remote, 1 day on site

Brilliant salary package and opportunity to join a small well known organisation

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general life cycle of employees
  • Manage recruitment from sourcing to on boarding
  • Maintain up to date policies and procedures, while keeping in line with legislation
  • Lead Employee Relation processes and act within an advisory capacity where necessary
  • Manage and maintain employee documentation and general HR files/administration
  • Further establish a employer brand and manage employer marketing aspects
  • Establish and drive a HR strategy across the business, while garnering leadership buy in
  • Manage budgets surrounding HR

Requirements:

  • Experience in a standalone Human Resources Management position, preferably within a small to medium Financial Services organisation
  • Qualification within Human Resources or equivalent
  • Keen understanding of general employee life cycle, employment relations and HR strategy implementation
  • Proven communication and organisation skills

This role is managed by Walters People entity which is a temporary recruitment agency.
