We are currently recruiting for the role of Facilities and Office Administrator (Urgent Start) on behalf of an Insurance company

Facilities and Office Administrator (Urgent Start)

12 month FTC - Potential for extension

Hybrid model - Dublin City Centre , some travel required to Navan

Brilliant salary and progression offered

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all facilities related queries escalated to the Facilities help desk
  • Actively assist with the effective management of suppliers
  • Support the physical security of the premises
  • Maintain a fully compliant Health & Safety programme
  • Assist with the resolution for any maintenance and building issue raised
  • Regular building checks (fire safety and health and safety)
  • Support with the cost control
  • Carry out facilities induction training with all new starters
  • Maintain Facilities intranet page, ensuring relevant information and useful documentation uploaded
  • Organise meeting rooms set up and scheduling
  • Manage stationary supply ordering

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role, preferably within a large organisation, with a ticketing system
  • Keen communication and organisation skills
  • Health and Safety knowledge key for success
  • Full drivers licence and vehicle access

This role is managed by Walters People entity which is a temporary recruitment agency.
