What you'll do:

As Project Director, you will:

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the public and private sectors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Lead business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within the Irish infrastructure landscape and positioning the organisation as a preferred partner.
• Oversee the preparation, coordination, and submission of comprehensive RFP documentation to ensure compliance with all requirements and maximise competitiveness.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technical experts, legal advisors, and finance professionals to align strategies with organisational goals.
• Analyse market trends and monitor the competitive landscape to inform decision-making processes and adapt business development strategies accordingly.
• Ensure that all project milestones are met within agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Support knowledge sharing within the team by providing guidance on best practices in stakeholder engagement and bid management.

• Demonstrable experience in business development within the infrastructure or transportation sector in Ireland, showcasing your ability to navigate complex markets.
