A prestigious law firm in Dublin is seeking a Receptionist and Front of House Manager to become the welcoming face and organisational heart of their office.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring every visitor and colleague experiences a warm, professional, and seamless front-of-house service. The position offers weekly rotating shifts, providing flexibility while allowing you to work closely with supportive leadership and across multiple departments.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee daily reception and front-of-house operations, ensuring a courteous welcome for all visitors.
  • Manage team schedules and leave to ensure smooth reception services.
  • Generate reports to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary contact for reception-related queries, addressing them promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to maintain high service standards.
