We are currently recruiting for the role of Receptionist and Office Administrator on behalf of a Asset Management company

Receptionist and Office Administrator

On site role - Dublin City Centre

30,000 - 35,000 euros per annum

Strong opportunity for learning and development

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor building access and maintain accurate records of visitors
  • Schedule of meetings, booking conference rooms and preparation of rooms in advance of meetings
  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and take messages
  • Co-ordinate with facilities management and order any necessary supplies for office
  • Assist in the organisation of company events and activities, as well as supporting on senior executives travel arrangements
  • Assist with implementation and monitoring of health and safety guidelines
  • Managing ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity, within a corporate and professional environment
  • Strong experience in travel, meeting and diary management needed
  • Keen communication and organisation skills
