We are currently recruiting for the role of Receptionist on behalf of a Law firm

Receptionist

On site - Dublin City Centre

Brilliant law firm with a great reputation and opportunities

28,000 - 35,000 euros p.a.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing switchboard, answering phones and emails, taking messages and transferring where necessary
  • Manage meeting rooms and act as a POC for incoming clients
  • General administrating and file management, as well as create board/meeting packs where necessary
  • Coordinate food/ beverages and supplies for meetings as well as support on event management
  • Liaise with vendors, couriers, clients and international/national coworkers
  • Report expenses and assist Office Manager in financial reporting where necessary
  • Responsible for Fire & General Safety Register, as well as visitor logs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception, preferably within an esteemed law firm
  • Proven ability to manage switchboard, meeting rooms and events
  • Keen communication and organisation skills with a professional manner

This role is managed by Walters People entity which is a temporary recruitment agency.
