We are currently recruiting for the role of Personal Assistant (Urgent Start) on behalf of a Not For Profit

Personal Assistant (Urgent Start)

12 Month FTC

Hybrid role with travel between Dublin City Centre and Dublin West required - 3 days on site, 2 WFH

40,000 euros pro rata

Responsibilities:

  • Diary, Meeting and travel management for Director
  • Minute taking and general administration
  • Inbox support and query handling
  • Liaising with international team members and acting as a gatekeeper where necessary
  • Liaising with office provider and acting as key POC for employees
  • Assist with on boarding and tech liaising where necessary
  • Event management
  • Adhoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar position, supporting a senior personnel, preferably within the Financial Services sector
  • Proven travel, diary and meeting minutes experience, with any office support preferable
  • Keen communication and organisation skills

This role is managed by Walters People entity which is a temporary recruitment agency.
