We are seeking a professional and organised Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our clients well established law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while supporting smooth office operations and delivering exceptional client service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and manage front desk operations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments.
  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents.
  • Maintain and organise client files (physical and electronic).
  • Assist with court filings and legal submissions.
  • Provide general administrative support to legal staff.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in typing and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to be on site 5 days a week.
