Reception & Facilities Assistant
Our client, a leading investment organisation, is seeking a Reception and Facilities Assistant to support the smooth running of their growing office. This role combines front-of-house reception with hands-on facilities support, working closely with the Office Manager to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
What you’ll do:
- Greet visitors and staff, ensuring a warm, professional welcome
- Manage meeting room bookings and keep shared spaces organised
- Coordinate deliveries and couriers
- Monitor office and kitchen supplies, ordering as needed
- Provide general facilities support and assist with office events

- Previous experience in reception, office support, or facilities coordination
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional communication style
