What you’ll do:

- Maintain up-to-date records, trackers, and databases while ensuring data integrity and auditability
- Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and supporting documents for senior management as required
- Support deadlines, escalations, and prioritisation across PQs and related correspondence
- Assist with Ministerial and Departmental information requests, Freedom of Information (FOI) queries, and corporate reporting processes
- Provide ad hoc support to senior management and assist with other duties within the Capital Programme Office or wider directorate as needed
What you bring:

- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with governance standards
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience maintaining records or databases with a focus on data integrity
- Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, project management software, or document preparation systems
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
