An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our automotive client's dynamic Customer Operations Specialist team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the proactive management and effective execution of contract renewal cycles for existing customers. This role offers a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €40,000 and is based in the vibrant city of Dublin.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of their operations. Your primary responsibility will be managing contract renewal cycles for existing customers. You will work closely with various stakeholders including customers, drivers, suppliers as well as internal teams to prepare accurate quotations and secure orders for replacement and incremental vehicles. Your role will also involve managing the new-vehicle renewals process from quotation to delivery stage. You will have the opportunity to contribute to new projects and processes aimed at enhancing efficiency within the department. This role requires a high level of commitment, cooperation, and understanding.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the range of services, products, systems & processes to fulfil your role in this team.
  • Manage the new-vehicle renewals process, liaising with drivers from quotation to delivery stage.
  • Actively assist in implementing new processes to support our evolving business model.
  • Ensure all current processes and procedures are followed to adhere to business controls.
  • Prepare quotations for new vehicle purchases and leases.
  • Ensure all work requests are completed on time, and in line with service level agreements.
  • Contribute to new projects and processes to assist in making the department more efficient and effective.
  • Update and maintain client information and data promptly and accurately.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Customer Operations Specialist position is an energetic self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. She brings a strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure. She has excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in mathematics, particularly financial calculations, is essential for this role. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, is required. The candidate should also have strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in mathematics is essential, preferably financial, with previous experience in the calculation of finance lease desirable.
  • Excellent project management, time management skills.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office. Primarily Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
