We are currently recruiting for the role of Travel Coordinator and Office Administrator on behalf of a Financial Services organisation

Travel Coordinator and Office Administrator

On site (some flexibility on WFH) - Dublin City Centre office, very accessible

Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel coordination for employees including flights, accommodation, general transport
  • Support on event planning
  • Reception cover at times
  • Managing variety of systems and liaising with vendors
  • Support on diary and inbox for senior executives
  • Administration and adhoc duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar role, covering travel arrangement and personal assistant based tasks, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Any previous front of house exposure would be hugely beneficial
  • Keen communication and organisation skills, with a customer service focus

This role is managed by Walters People entity which is a temporary recruitment agency.
