Financial Advisor – paraplanner (Part-time)

Our client, a boutique wealth management firm in Dublin is seeking a QFA qualified Paraplanner to provide essential support to its Directors. This part-time role offers flexibility and the chance to work closely with a dedicated team, delivering tailored financial solutions to private cleints and SMEs.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare detailed client files for advisor meetings

• Assist with client onboarding processes and documentation requirements

• Process applications while ensuring compliance regulations are adhered to

• Provide support on income distribution matters for clients

• Coordinate compliance reviews and activities across the firm

• Collaborate with advisors on financial planning tasks using Voyant software

• Adapt to evolving business needs and assist with payroll-related tasks

What you bring:

• QFA qualification (mandatory) with proficiency in Voyant software

• Previous experience in financial services or wealth management roles

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike
