A leading global bank based in Dublin City Centre is seeking to appoint an operations analyst to join their professional and highly supportive team.

Key responsibilities of the operations analyst:

• Security checking of all items drawn on customer accounts, including verification to mandates
• Responsibility for various operational rigour controls, specifically money laundering reports and out of order reports
• Monitoring and updating of World Base rates and Foreign Exchange rates
• Dealing with and providing feedback to suppliers and monitoring of trends of errors
• Dealing with customers around complaints / queries / issues that threaten operational delivery
• Management of ledger fees and specifically committing and posting various manual fees

As the operations analyst you will have previous experience in a similar role with an awareness and understanding of data protection legislation. You will have proven technical understanding / comprehension of a well-functioning operations team. You will have excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
