Governance Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the management of the full project lifecycle for new Business Projects and Regulatory Change Projects.
• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
• Develop detailed project plans, RAIDs, RAGs, timelines and reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, progress and any changes.
• Identifying and managing project risk and issues, working with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure any changes to project scope or timeline are documented and communicated effectively.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of Change Management processes, and lessons learnt.
• Manage the creation of Jira activities, Confluence Business Cases, ensuring the documentation of the project meets the requirements under Change Management, maintaining traceability.
• Assist the Head of Governance and the Company Secretarial Function with key Board activities as and when required.

Qualifications/Skills Experience:

• Project Management Professional Certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing projects through all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
