A leading technology company are looking for someone to join their team as a product support analyst to join their growing team in Dublin. You will address and resolve issues related to installation, use ,maintenance and upgrade of the companies products.
Key Responsibilities of the Product Support Analyst:
- Work collaboratively to resolve product issues
- Understand, analyse and replicate product issues
- Request product fixes from engineering
- Create, test and deliver hotfixes
As the product support analyst will have strong understanding of financial products and in particular fixed income securities, equity or money markets. You will have 2+ years’ experience within banking/financial industry (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role). Experience in a software company would be a plus.
