Are you an experienced IT Programme Manager with a passion for cloud transformation and driving large-scale change? This is your chance to lead a major cloud migration programme for a global insurance organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.

In this pivotal role, you will coordinate multiple workstreams, lead a team of project managers and engineers, and ensure the seamless delivery of a business-critical cloud migration programme. You will operate in a collaborative, international environment where your ideas, leadership, and technical insight will directly shape the company’s next generation of technology delivery.

What you’ll do:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex cloud migration programme (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Manage project managers, technical experts, and stakeholders across regions.
Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication at every level.
Drive governance, reporting, and KPI tracking across the full programme lifecycle.
Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

Proven track record in delivering cloud migrations using AWS and/or Azure

Extensive experience in large scale IT delivery
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and matrixed, global delivery environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and passion for delivering impactful change.
