Life Insurance Company is looking for a candidate with over 5 years Insurance and people management experience, who is a fluent Italian speaker to join this growing Company

Life Insurance Manager – Italian speaker

Salary – 60,000 Euro to 70,000 Euro

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in operations management within the financial services industry, knowledge of cross-border insurance preferable.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment to achieve goals.
  • Managerial experience in a customer service role, with a track record of delivering high-quality service and resolving customer issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills, with the ability to identify issues, escalate where necessary, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in managing third-party providers and outsourcers, ensuring they meet performance and service level agreements.
  • Persuasiveness and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and secure favourable outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, multitask, manage tight deadlines for self and the team, whilst not compromising on quality.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian language, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies for process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management) is preferred.
  • Certificate in HR management would be an advantage.
