Senior Depositary Associate

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all Depositary policies and procedures;
• Monitor compliance of investment and leverage restrictions;
• Monitor all cash flows of the funds and perform reconciliations and reviews;
• Assist in the independent review of the NAVs;
• Investigate and report any issues arising from the NAV review process to management within the Depositary area;
• Participate on the site visits to the Fund Administrator and other 3rd party delegates;
• Ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues; and
• Assist in implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills;
• Strong analytical skills are essential;
• Positive work ethic with an emphasis on ownership and completion of tasks;
• Attention to detail and ability to problem solve;
• Previous financial services experience.
