Global Funds Registration Specialist (Senior)

A leading Global Law firm with offices in Dublin city centre are looking for a Global Funds Registration specialist to join their established team on a permanent basis. * Hybrid – three days on site, Dublin 2 * Full health insurance, pension matched to 5% * Permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on options to offer UCITS and AIFs, including private or public offerings, across various markets
  • Handle all aspects of the application process to market UCITS and AIFs within EU and non-EU member states
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Prepare and submit registration applications/notifications to relevant regulatory authorities
  • Manage ongoing reporting obligations to ensure compliance with local rules
  • Maintain and update client registration records
  • Contribute to the preparation of detailed sales pitches for prospective clients

Key requirements for suitable candidates:

  • 2-3+ years’ working in Funds Registration
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Be skilled working in teams, taking initiative and being proactive and in mentoring junior members of the team
  • Strong interest in keeping up to date with regulatory changes
