Transaction Services Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Primary involvement in transaction services work, such as buy-side and sell-side due diligence and related services
• Lead financial advisory assignments
• Interact directly with clients and target businesses in project delivery
• Delegate and manage workflow to direct reports
• Have strong communication skills, oral and literacy
• Maintain good relations with client and other business contacts, with focus on business development opportunities
• Project manage assignments to deadlines within budgets
• Manage development of junior staff

The company seek a qualified accountant with experience in a medium to large practice environment, with a desire for someone with recent post qualification experience in transaction. This candidate will have strong skills in analytical, people management, report writing, IT and critical thinking. An ability to explore sector-based research and develop views on opportunities and risks for business operations is desirable.
