Mortgage Administrator/Lending Support

A well-established mortgage provider is seeking a motivated Mortgage Administrator and Lending Support professional to join their growing team.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist lending managers with new mortgage enquiries and applications, ensuring timely responses for clients.
• Review client documents for accuracy and completeness while maintaining confidentiality.
• Package and submit mortgage applications efficiently, following compliance standards.
• Perform accurate data entry and keep client records up-to-date.
• Manage a pipeline of cases to maximise conversion rates and reduce processing times.
• Communicate with clients about outstanding documentation or next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to represent client cases effectively.

What You Bring:
• A third-level qualification or relevant certification (working towards APA/QFA is encouraged).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for efficient data management.
• A genuine desire to succeed and contribute to team goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
