A large corporate bank are looking to hire a corporate finance executive to work out of their Dublin office.

Key responsibilities of the corporate finance executive include:

• Provide first class support the Corporate Finance Director and the wider team
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s, public and private fundraisers and the provision of strategic advice
• Coordinating other advisors and conduct financial analysis as appropriate
• Involvement in marketing initiatives and pitching for new business

As the corporate finance executive you will have a strong academic background with a 3rd Level qualification in finance or equivalent. You have 2+ years' relevant experience either in industry, corporate development or investment banking (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role). An ACA / ACCA / CIMA /or CFA qualification is advantageous.
