A payments firm are looking for a PCF52 to join their Dublin team reporting directly to the CEO. As PCF52 you will be responsible for managing the relationship with the regulator and act as head of AML for the Irish business. The PCF52 will also be expected to build out the AML framework, policies and procedures and grow these as the company expands into other markets. The company operates on a hybrid working scheme with a Dublin city centre based office.
Main responsibilities of the PCF52:
- Hold the PCF52 MLRO position for the company
- Act as main point of contact with the regulator for AML
- Create and implement an AML compliance program
- Build out AML policies and procedures
- Manage all escalations from the 1st line regarding PEPs, SARs and oversee the 1st line function
- Carry out training to the business and act as SME for the business on all AML and financial crime related matters
- Present to board and relevant committees
- Conduct gap analysis of existing program, policies and procedures and develop and implement improvements where needed
As an ideal candidate for this role you will have previously held a senior AML position within a financial services. You will be looking for a role where you can build out frameworks and take ownership of an entire AML function. You will be comfortable speaking with regulators and senior stakeholders. You will be comfortable in a collaborative environment but be able to lead out your own area.
