I am working on an exclusive mandate for a manco who are seeking to add a PCF39 to their Dublin team. The company have a remote first working policy, a very strong benefits package and a big focus on culture.
Main responsibilities of the PCF39:
- Develop and implement the compliance monitoring programme
- Act as the subject matter for compliance within the business
- Carry out regulatory tracking
- Liaise with the central bank
- Prepare board reports
- Update and improve existing policies and procedures
As an ideal candidate you will have previous experience in a regulatory compliance role within a MiFID or UCITs firm. You will be interested in working in a firm with a very strong focus on good culture. You will have held or be looking to step up to take on the PCF39 position.
