A payments firm are looking for a transaction monitoring manager to join their Dublin team. They offer hybrid working and a friendly culture with good work life balance. You will report to the Head of AML and have 3 direct reports.
Main responsibilities of the transaction monitoring manager:
- Handle escalated reports and cases
- Optimise the transaction monitoring tool
- Use data analytics to report on transaction monitoring trends
- Using data trends suggest and implement improvements
- Ensure TM is being carried out efficiently across all areas
