Senior Compliance Manager

An opportunity to work as Senior Compliance Manager for a global leading fintech firm on a 12 month FTC in Dublin has become available.

As the Senior Compliance Manager in the Dublin office you will:

● Management of the Compliance monitoring program

● Product Owner for FCRM tool

● Act as a deputy to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in

managing the suspicious activity reporting process

● Ensure work policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements

● Monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of compliance program and tools

(including, AML, Outsourcing, Complaint Management, F&P etc.)

● Assist in the development of the annual compliance work plan and update

this periodically.

● Coordinate internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including

periodic reviews of departments.

● Assist in preparation of clear and concise Compliance reports for reporting to

the Board and Committee’s

● Engage and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, suppliers,

regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders

● Provide guidance, advice, and/or training and educational programs, to

improve business' understanding of related laws and regulatory

requirements.

The Senior Compliance Manager will have a minimum 6 years Compliance/Regulatory experience at a senior level, in a regulated financial services business which must include a significant amount of experience in the payments/e-money sector. They will be a highly organised and diligent individual and will possess strong knowledge of Irish and EU financial services regulatory frameworks.
