Compliance Manager

One of the world's largest specialised global investment managers is seeking to hire a Compliance Manager to be based in Ireland, supporting the European compliance function with oversight of 10 branches. You will get involved in exchange and project initiatives in the digital world, including compliance automation. Quote from the European Head of Compliance "The role offers flexibility for this compliance professional to shape their involvement in an international Compliance department, to maintain Irish expertise, but also to gain exposure to other jurisdictions in Europe"

Responsibilities of the compliance officer:

• Develop, maintain and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Manage and execute the EU compliance program
• Identify gaps in controls and processes and　suggest improvements
• Provide compliance training to the business
• Support on various compliance projects
• Maintain the Irish compliance framework

As an ideal candidate for this role you will have previous experience in a regulatory compliance role. You will be comfortable dealing with management at all levels. You will be detail orientated confident identifying regulatory issues and developing solutions.

Previous Investment Management / Asset Management compliance experience is not required.
