A large global bank are looking for a compliance assurance specialist to join their Dublin team. They offer flexible hybrid working and good benefits. The role has no direct reports but sits at manager level. You will ideally have audit experience or an audit background.
Main responsibilities of the compliance assurance specialist:
- Develop and maintain compliance testing
- Design and carry out reviews of processes and controls
- Manage the review life-cycle
- Articulate root causes, outcomes and consequences to allow for improved controls and processes
- Coordinate a risk based compliance program
- Adopt data analytics on reviews
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
As an ideal candidate you will have previous experience in an audit, controls or compliance assurance or compliance testing role within financial services. You will enjoy working as part of a growing team and the opportunities that will bring your long term career. You will have strong analytical and report writing skills.
