The role has come about due to large growth in the company. They are offering a hybrid working model with max. 2 days a week in the office. They are looking for someone who has prior experience in a supervisory or managerial KYC, financial crime or AML role.
Main responsibilities of the KYC manager:
- Manage a team and prioritise work queues
- Oversee AML processes
- Act as contact point in business for AML and KYC related queries
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Implement and enhance policies and procedures
- Take part in performance management, training and development of staff.
As an ideal candidate for this role you will have previous experience in an AML, KYC or financial crime role. You will have previously been in a team lead, supervisor or manager role. Funds experience would be beneficial but not necessary. You will enjoy working in a growing team and the opportunities that can bring.
