A large manco are looking for a head of compliance PCF15 to join their Dublin team. The role reports into the EU head of compliance with a dotted line into the Irish COO. This role looks after the Irish entity but offers the opportunity to get involved in global projects. The company has great benefits and a flexible hybrid working option. This is an exclusive role.
Key responsibilities of the head of compliance:
- Hold the position of MLRO and PCF39 alongside PCF15
- Act as primary contact point with the regulator
- Liaise with senior management on compliance matters
- Attend relevant forums, boards and committees
- Ensure senior management are kept aware of their compliance obligations
- Provide training to local staff
- Assist with wider global initiatives
- Get involved with EU strategic projects
- Responsible for monitoring, policies and procedures
- Provide regulatory advice to the business
As an ideal candidate for this role you will have previous experience in a senior compliance manager or head of compliance position. Knowledge of UCITs and AIFM are essential with understanding of MiFID being beneficial. You will be ambitious, dynamic and be able to work both autonomously and also collaboratively as part of a team.
