One of Ireland's pillar institutions are looking to hire a compliance advisory relationship manager to their compliance function based in Dublin.
Key responsibilities for the compliance advisory relationship manager:
- Lead a team of compliance professionals responsible for providing advice to key business stakeholders on a range of regulations
- Manage key business relationships to ensure that business units are aware of new regulations impacting the business and developments in the regulatory environment
- Assist in the management of the resolution of agreed exceptions with the business areas and stakeholders within agreed timetables
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of processes and organisational structure
As the compliance advisory relationship manager you will have a proven understanding and experience of key banking products. You will have 6+ years' in a financial services environment in compliance / legal or risk and proven experience in managing relationships with business stakeholders and/or regulators (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role). You will have previous experience of compliance and risk management in a banking environment and associated risks. You will have the ability to identify, asses, advise on, monitor and report on the conduct of business's regulatory codes, laws and regulations.
