An international insurance firm is seeking to hire a French speaking Compliance executive to their compliance function based in Dublin city centre
Key responsibilities of a compliance executive:
- Provision of assistance to the compliance officer in implementing policies and procedures concerning all aspects of compliance in adherence with the requirements of the Central Bank of Ireland, international regulators and the firm
- Assist with compliance and due diligence aspects of new products and partners; documentation review, recording decisions of New Activities and Partners (NAP) Committee
- Financial Security: reviews, reporting and controls concerning AML, international sanctions and fraud procedures and policies
- Researching and reviewing international consumer protection, product governance and oversight and general good requirements
As the compliance executive you will have 3+ year's experience in a compliance role along with a background must be in financial services, and preferably in insurance (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role). You will have a track record of working with regulatory and commercial aspects of insurance contracts, terms and conditions and consumer protection issues. Ability to work in and experience of a multi-cultural and cross-border context is an advantage. Fluency in French is essential.
