A leading multinational investor services organisation based in Dublin is seeking to appoint an AML senior administrator to join their dynamic and fast growing team. You will report directly to the Global AML Manager.

Key responsibilities of the AML senior administrator:

• Preparing investor files for review by the senior manager, compliance or MLRO
• Requesting appropriate AML documentation from investors in company administrative funds
• Liaising with investors and clients, through written communication, on a periodic basis until all appropriate AML documentation has been obtained
• Maintaining an overview of complete and incomplete AML records and ensuring action is taken to complete all AML records
• Liaising with internal investor relations team on a daily basis responding to investor AML queries
• Clearing and/or investigating / verifying possible matches as generated by the in-house application used to scan investor base against list of undesirable persons

As the AML senior administrator you will have 3+ years' experience within an AML / Compliance role (this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary as you will be dealing with clients, investors and management.
