Transaction Manager-Capital Markets

Responsibilities:

Negotiate and close transactions in which the Company serves in a corporate services provider and trustee capacity as well as other complementary roles and products.

Serve as client-facing centralised deal manager for transactions for internal operational and support groups.

Meet with clients and attend conferences as deemed appropriate.

Assist Sales with business development initiatives and coordinate deal structures depending on asset type.

Serve as internal liaison for all support groups surrounding deal closings.

Address and escalate client related matters and ensure they are prioritised appropriately and resolved.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ related experience

Education and Experience Preferred:

Bachelor of Laws (BCL) or strong legal background

Minimum Of 5 Years’ Related Experience

Deal closing experience

Corporate Services/Corporate Trust experience

Ability to read, interpret and negotiate legal documents
