Senior Compliance Officer - Capital Markets

Robert Walters are working with a Global Financial Services Company who are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join their team in Dublin.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading Financial Services company in the heart of Dublin City centre and join as a Senior Compliance Officer.

In this role you will be doing:

• Review trade surveillance alerts for London and Dublin offices.
• Assist in calibrating trade surveillance systems.
• Escalate potential regulatory breaches under MAR or company policies.
• Contribute to policy development and governance enhancements.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to improve best practices.
• Assist in developing new surveillance tools and enhancing Management Information.
• Support the annual market abuse risk assessment.
• Assist with audits and regulatory reviews.

About you:

• Experience with trade surveillance systems
• Ability to calibrate alerts for EU/UK MAR manipulation offence's.
• Experience with algorithmic and commodities trading
• Strong understanding of wholesale capital markets.
