Compliance Manager - Policy & Advisory

Robert Walters are excited to be working with a global leading Investment firm in Dublin who are looking for a Compliance Manager to join the business In this role your responsibility will be to shape the firm’s regulatory policies, monitor emerging trends, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions 2 days a week in the office

A a Compliance Manager - Policy & Advisory you will be doing the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and update regulatory policies
• Conduct horizon scanning for regulatory trends
• Prepare and present comprehensive regulatory reports
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators
• Design and deliver internal training on evolving regulations

About you!

• Previous experience regulatory Compliance
• In-depth experience in a Compliance role
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products and markets
• MiFID II knowledge
