Distribution Oversight Lead

Robert Walters are excited to be exclusively partnering with a thriving payments business based in Dublin, that are looking to expand on their Distribution function and are seeking a Distribution Oversight Lead to join their growing team.

Responsibilties of the Distribution Oversight Lead

· Oversee and maintain the Distributor Oversight Framework, ensure it remains in line with regulatory requirements set by the Central Bank of Ireland and the European Banking Authority (EBA).

· Maintain Distributor Oversight policies and other procedural documents.

· Ensure robust governance to support distributor oversight processes, including monitoring KPIs and adherence to contractual obligations, in addition to monitoring and attending annual distributor meetings.

· Assist with compiling reports on distributor performance, and compliance and operational matters.

· Own and monitor scheduling and completion of Distributor Annual Review Meetings

As the Distribution Oversight Lead, you will have experience in a financial services environment, preferably in payments and e-money sector and ideally within a distributor /agent environment.
