Regulatory

An international banking group is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager for their local entity. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance within a CBI-regulated bank in Ireland, with expertise in preparing accurate reports, managing evolving requirements, and ensuring robust controls. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to driving process improvements.

You will:

• Oversee the preparation, validation, and timely submission of all regulatory reports to the Central Bank of Ireland.
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and guidelines issued by the CBI and other relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, risk, operations) to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used in regulatory reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding reporting matters.
• Identify potential risks or gaps in regulatory reporting processes and implement robust controls to mitigate them.
