Responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Analyst Job include:

• Payroll implementation and processing within a environment
• Dealing with all aspects of the payroll processes including pension structures and bonuses
• International Payroll coordination
• end to end processing, from starters and leavers registrations
• Process the monthly PAYE Submissions on ROS
• Carry out payroll reconciliations using Excel
• Providing security payslips for all employees
• Processing payment of net pay and Internet banking
• Liaising directly with clients
• Facilitating staff training on different systems

Requirements of the Senior Payroll Analyst Job include:

• Meticulous attention to detail
• confident oral and written communication skills
• Versed in a variety of payroll systems
• Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work within a team environment
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and under time pressure
• working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• IPASS Certification
• Previous payroll bureau experience
