Client Accounts Administrator - Financial Services

A multinational Financial Services company based in Dublin City Centre (hybrid) have a new position for a Client Services Administrator. This is an excellent role as a recent Accounting graduate or someone with 1-2 years of finance experience who is looking to progress their career. Key responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator

  • As an experienced administrator the candidate will have the necessary drive and experience to gain the respect and trust of clients and counterparties;
  • Experience of the aircraft leasing and structured finance industry from a transaction management perspective;
  • Experience in the preparation of bank reconciliations and executing payments
  • Willingness to adapt, a flexible approach and a desire to take on extra responsibility and workload;
  • Excellent communication skills are required as the individual is expected to maintain close relationships with clients and other professional advisors involved in the transactions;
  • Knowledge and understanding of corporate services environment preferred; and
  • Strong IT skills are a pre-requisite including Excel and Word

Key requirements of the Client Services Administrator

  • Payments (Daily and monthly (IPD’s) and ad hoc payments for invoices etc.)
  • Debtors – following up with outstanding invoices and ensure RM’s know which invoices are outstanding on a weekly basis
  • Accounts Reconciliation (Dublin tax account and London account)
  • Client queries
  • Assisting Accountants and RM’s with document execution
  • Saving post and documents received in the relevant folders and naming correctly.
  • Issuing Certificates as requested by RM’s i.e Certs of No Default
  • Monitoring shared mailbox’s to ensure no requests are missed (Dublin TM and Dublin Invoicing folder)
  • Weekly Reporting (Accounts Schedule)
  • Saving all bank statements for Accountants on a monthly basis from the various banking platforms (BOI, JPM, AIB)
  • Collecting the relevant docs to send to US team to allow them to issue monthly Investor Reports
  • Prepare VAT workings
  • Assisting team and other accountants with any ad hoc tasks.
  • Sending emails to clients requesting information for VAT returns etc
