They are looking for a motivated and dynamic Senior Consultant to join their Financial Services team. This position provides an exciting opportunity to tackle new challenges within their Risk and Advisory Services Department.
Risk Management and Advisory:
- Organise audits, including setting time lines, assigning staff, and structuring the audit process.
- Oversee the audit process, including preparing and reviewing audit documentation.
- Investigate and resolve technical inquiries from clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and build long-term relationships.
Team Leadership:
- Coach and guide trainees to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Lead training sessions to enhance staff development.
- Work closely with management to ensure effective client service delivery.
Proactive Collaboration:
- Manage tasks independently while actively collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Communicate regularly with management to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery and offering additional client services.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Hold ACA or ACCA qualifications or equivalent from a recognised international accounting institution with relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, and systems/controls testing.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Financial Services, gained through 2 or more years of relevant experience in the sector.
- Ability to foster a collaborative team culture, ensuring effective communication and coordination with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Stay informed about compliance, legislative, and market issues affecting client businesses.
