Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join the team. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support the strategic decision-making process of the organisation. The successful candidate will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with the senior leadership team to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to senior management
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Evaluate business performance against financial targets and develop action plans to address any variances
- Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and projects
- Continuously improve financial processes and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- ACA, ACCA,CPA or CIMA certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a demonstrated track record of success
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
- Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday
