Exclusive opportunity with Robert Walters A new to Dublin private equity firm are looking to hire a Senior Corporate Finance Manager. This role will see the end to end finance of the entire company and you will be involved with the due diligence, creation, development of new development projects amongst other really interesting elements of the role.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will:
- Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations
- Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders in developing the firm's long-term strategy
- Lead financial analysis and valuation on potential and current projects
- Create high quality financial modelling
- Contribute on bid proposals and formal presentations
