You will lead a team of finance professionals providing financial and commercial advice to assist the delivery of major capital projects and programmes. As the Corporate Finance Director, you will:
- Collaborate and advise with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proactively review, analyse and provide advice across multiple departments
- Carry out Pre and Post contract financial due diligence and financial reviews.
- Prepare and assist with valuation reports.
- Manage M&A growth strategy
- Prepare business plans and integrated financial projections.
- Financial modelling & report writing
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
