Our key client within the Hospitality industry is looking for a Financial Controller. This exciting and varied position is offered on a full time, permanent basis & is located in Offaly. The Financial Controller will oversee the accounts department of the company and make sure things run smoothly.
- Financial modelling & analysis.
- VAT return preparation.
- Duties relating to cash management and the company treasury.
- Taking charge of the payroll process.
- Preparation of cash flow statements, budgets and forecasts.
- Analysis and preparation of monthly management accounts and year on year comparisons.
- Overseeing and managing the finance function of the hotel and trading company.
- Ensuring financial ledgers and accounting processes are maintained.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills are required and in-depth knowledge of the internal operations of a hotel is an advantage but not essential.
- Over 5 years’ experience managing an accountancy or finance function
- Be ACA, ACCA, CPA, QFA, CFS or CIMA qualified.
