Order Management Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Order Management Analyst to join a global finance organisation in a contract capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, growth-oriented team and contribute to accurate revenue processes, customer support, and cross-functional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of enterprise subscription and licensing models.
• Provide support to channel and enterprise customers, including order reviews, PO processing, returns/credits, and issue resolution via email and phone.
• Use CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) to book and adjust revenue.
• Conduct weekly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and support business metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Credit, Engineering, and Operations.
• Support subscription business activity across global distributors and resellers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a business or numerate discipline.
• Strong written and verbal business English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and analytical.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated critical-thinking skills and ability to resolve complex issues independently.
• Strong customer-focused communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Highly Desirable

• 2+ years of Order Management or related experience.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles for software or service-based businesses.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash processes.
