An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Revenue Operations Analyst to join a dynamic team in Dublin. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of contract/order booking activities within a leading global organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling the Order Management team to perform all their roles and functions, providing solutions and resolutions to issues that arise, and delivering enablement training on new projects/processes as business needs change.

What you'll do:

As a Technical Revenue Operations Analyst, your role will be central to the smooth operation of contract/order booking activities. You'll gain an in-depth understanding of various tools and systems, using this knowledge to support the Revenue Operations groups. Your ability to understand project management processes from design through to implementation will be crucial as you assist with rolling out new projects/processes. You'll tackle daily queries and system issues head-on, liaising with internal teams for resolution while keeping all affected parties informed. Your innovative thinking will come into play as you develop and drive new process changes aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll also work closely with internal partners and customers, resolving any queries or issues related to the Order Management process.

  • Gain and retain an in-depth understanding of company tools and systems to support the Revenue Operations groups
  • Understand the company's Project Management process and guidelines, from design to implementation in Production environments, and assist with new project/process roll-out
  • Review daily queries and system issues, resolving them with internal teams and keeping affected teams informed
  • Develop and drive new process changes that will benefit the Rev Ops group to improve efficiency and drive customer happiness
  • Work directly with internal partners and customers to resolve queries and open issues related to the Order Management process
  • Support increased workload and additional hours when required, for example during month/quarter end or Project launch

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Technical Revenue Operations Analyst role will bring a wealth of experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Workfront or Roadmunk. Your excellent analytical skills will be put to good use in this role, and your knowledge and understanding of S/4 HANA would be beneficial. A strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, SharePoint, SAP, and Salesforce is essential. You'll need to have fluent business English to a high standard and be a problem solver who looks to improve existing workflows and business processes. Your ability to collaborate within a team dynamic but also work independently when required will be key to your success in this role.

  • At least 2 years' experience with project management related tools such as JIRA, Workfront or Roadmunk is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills are essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of S/4 HANA would be beneficial
  • SAP Knowledge is a requirement
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, SharePoint, SAP, and Salesforce
  • Fluent business English to a high standard is necessary
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on improving existing workflows and business processes
  • Ability to collaborate within a team dynamic but also work independently when required
  • Professional manner with good interpersonal and communication skills
