This is a fantastic chance for a trained accountant with many years of post-qualification experience to further your career.
Responsibilities:
• Month-end closure, accounts preparation, and P&L and Balance Sheet for many organisations and jurisdictions.
• Reconciling business balance sheets and intercompany account transactions weekly.
• Monitor cashflow and bank reconciliation integrity.
• Monthly reviews with budget holders on reconciling and reporting important expenses in the P&L and business streams
• Process and control enhancement
• Annual budget participation
• Working with external auditors on statutory accounts for particular organisations.
• Financial KPI monitoring on business streams and submitting monthly reports to Finance Director
• Timely supply of information on ad hoc requests to relevant stakeholders
• Supervising finance team members and participating in continuous improvement and other projects.
Qualifications:
• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with 3+ years PQE in a comparable capacity
• Effective communication with management and other departments is essential.
• Business savvy and commercial awareness.
• Complete and submit required reports and information using numerical analysis and other applicable methods.
