This will be the first new office based in Ireland and you will be joining during a very exciting growth period. This position is in charge of interacting with the following departments in London/US on a daily basis: Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Cash Application. This role is based in Dublin and provides a flexible hybrid working model. The pay will be based very competitively, varying on experience and background.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and submit journal entries.
- Accumulate invoices to support the reconciliation process.
- Use banking platforms to initiate wire transfers.
- Monitor general ledger clearance accounts.
- Prepare the upload/transfer file from the sub ledger into the ERP system.
- Prepare monthly Client Account Reporting.
- Process daily bank deposits (office and client); Mail weekly internal and external payments.
- Code expenses in our automated scan and capture system.
- Coordinate requests for backup of accounts payable data.
- Participate in the client billing process (issue invoices, record payments).
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in accounting or related field and some experience
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- 2 years + PQE desirable
- Good verbal and written communication Proactive self-starter
- Provide excellent customer service
- Have a positive, "can-do" attitude Have a high energy level, strong work ethic, commitment to continual improvement in a dynamic and changing environment, and desire to exceed expectations
